Abstract: El trabajo que presentamos tiene como objeto indagar si son las cantidades de vino y de cereales que los principales prioratos del Monasterio de Oseira envían al mercado, a lo largo del período 1753-1834, las que determinan las variaciones en el precio al que se realizan las transacciones de dichos productos. (The aim of the paper we are presenting is to investigate if the amount of wine and cereal that the main priories of the Monastery of Oseira sent to market throughout 1753-1834 determined the variations in price at which the transactions of these products were made).
