Abstract: Este artículo, tras una síntesis sobre el funcionamiento del arca de depósitos del Cabildo donde se concentraba la actividad financiera de la corporación, pretende abundar en las irregularidades que afectaron a su administración y en las medidas adoptadas para su corrección en el periodo que va de 1591 a 1613, año en el que acometió la reforma. (After a synthesis on the financial activity and governance for the deposits of the cathedral chapter, this article focuses on the irregularities that affected the administration and the measures taken for its correction in the period between 1591 - 1613, year of reform).
