(The books that are kept in the Capitulary Archive of the “Seu de Mallorca” resume three centuries of the Balearic reign history. The cathedral, started by order of Jaime II around 1306, was not finished until 1601. Although its construction is interesting in itself, the economic contribution of the different social classes from the island that made it possible is a subject as important as the first one).
