Abstract:
The aim of the article is to systematize the fields of knowledge of cross-cultural areas of the modern management, to define their subject areas and areas of application.Methods. The development of applying the theory of multi-agent systems for modeling the behavior of multicultural management systems.Results. On the basis of logical analysis the subject areas of new directions of management are defined, the task of intercultural interaction is formalized and the possibilities of modeling the complex organizational systems are shown.Conclusions. The approach opens up new opportunities for studying the processes of self-organization of the complex socio-economic systems.
