Abstract:
Aim. To justify features of the Moscow linguistic school of neogrammatism.Methods. Structuraldescriptive, comparative-historical, generalization.Results. It is proved that though it has many general features with the neogrammtism, Moscow school had its own specifics.Conclusions. The Moscow linguistic school, unlike the Leipzig school, attached more importance to the social nature of language, the system of linguistic phenomena, developed strict principles of comparative historical phonetic reconstructions.Â
