Abstract: (VF)La capacité des organisations à stabiliser ou à faire évoluer des routines organisationnelles de plus en plus structurées par des systèmes d’entreprise (désormais SE) est une question persistante. Dans cet article, nous proposons un cadre conceptuel permettant d’analyser comment les systèmes d’entreprise peuvent être instrumentés dans le contrôle des processus et contribuer à l’évolution ou à la stabilisation des routines organisationnelles. Dans cet objectif, ce cadre conceptuel décrit comment les SE peuvent agir sur les aspects matériels, cognitifs et comportementaux de la routine et ainsi modifier ses facteurs d’évolutivité que sont : l'interdépendance des tâches, la réflexivité des acteurs, les caractéristiques temporelles et la régulation de la routine. Plus que jamais, les systèmes d’entreprise et les routines organisationnelles doivent être pensés conjointement.(VA)The ability of organizations to stabilize or to evolve their organizational routines that are structured by an enterprise system is a persistent issue. In this article, we propose a conceptual framework that helps to analyze how enterprise systems can be designed from a control of processes viewpoint and can contribute to routines evolution or to their stabilization. Through this framework we describe how enterprise systems can act on the material, cognitive and behavioral aspects of the routine and, by doing this, how they can modify routine evolutivity factors that are: tasks interdependence, actors’ reflexivity, temporal characteristics and routine regulations. More than ever, enterprise systems and organizational routines must be thought together.
