De la coopétition intégrée à la coévolution intentionnelle: cas de réseaux de producteurs et d’exportateurs de la filière des huiles essentielles à Madagascar

Abstract: (VF)Cette recherche s’intéresse aux interactions managériales développées par des entreprises et leurs parties prenantes au sein de réseaux coopétitifs. Après avoir étudié pendant trois années deux cas de groupements de petites et moyennes entreprises productrices et exportatrices de la filière des huiles essentielles à Madagascar, nous avons constaté que la coopétition peut conduire à une coévolution des organisations engagées. Forts de ce constat, nous proposons dans cet article deux nouveaux concepts – la coopétition intégrée et la coévolution intentionnelle - et un modèle multi-niveaux permettant de comprendre la dynamique inter-organisationnelle qui conditionne la convergence partielle des parcours d’internationalisation des coopétiteurs. (VA) This research focuses on managerial interactions developed by companies and their stakeholders in coopetitive networks. After having studied for three years two cases of consortium - including small and medium-sized producers and exporters in the sector of essential oils in Madagascar - we found that coopetition can lead to a coevolution of committed organizations. With this in mind, we propose in this paper two new concepts - integrated coopetition and intentional coevolution - and a multi-levels model for understanding the inter-organizational dynamics which determines the partial convergence of coopetitors’ internationalization courses.
