Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to study the implementation and the effectiveness of self-managing teams in a huge industrial plant. We suggest a language-based approach for analysing the dynamic of these teams. We underline, indeed, that the main consequences of the implementation of self-managing teams is the openness of "discussion spaces" directly at the operational level of the firm.
