Abstract:
The proper functioning of market economy is influenced mostly by the state interaction with the economic agents, respectively, by the way the financial relations between the public consolidated budget and the economic agents run for the purposes of building the public budgetary resources and allocation of resources in economic benefit. In the given below it is presented several important issues relating to financial relations between the private and the public enhanced.
