Once the economic shock has spread quickly has spread quickly since the third quarter of 2008, international macroeconomic context known negative changes. The illusion that we live in times of certainty, shared, unfortunately, many economists, was shattered by the financial and economic crisis that has destroyed the economic base of the globalized world. Therefore, for most economists, the crisis came unexpectedly, as a big surprise. The phenomenon of globalization as the economic crisis became the most discussed and debated in the current phenomena. Globalization is an economic and political reality quite complex, resulting in profound changes in social and economic interdependence between states created.
