Abstract:
Firstly, this article examines the main theoretical framework of social and economic cohesion. Secondly, our study present the real cohesion aspects, involving Romania as a member state of the European Union regional development policy as a whole, highlighting aspects of economy, population, market, workforce, education, including the context of economic crisis.
