Abstract:
This research examines the European Union's approach to forming partnerships with other countries, particularly in the Eastern Partnership and Central Asia regions. It analyzes the effectiveness of EU programs in various economic areas and explores the challenges and potential solutions that arise. The research adopts a systematic approach and utilizes the comparative method to identify conceptual approaches and potential risks. The main outcome is an analysis of opinions from Eastern analysts and experts on the relevance of EU opportunities for post-Soviet countries, as well as the reasons for contradictions and difficulties that may arise.
