PROCESOS DE MUNDIALIZACIÓN DENTRO DEL SECTOR TEXTIL Y RELACIÓN DE LOS MISMOS CON LA RSE A TRAVÉS DE UN ANALISIS DELPHI: ÉTICA O ESTÉTICA

Abstract: El objetivo de esta investigación es analizar los factores y condicionantes que facilitan la articulación del sistema de producción textil a nivel global. Partimos de la base que las asimetrías y relaciones generadas entre los diferentes eslabones del sistema de valor son necesarias para poder fabricar prendas textiles a este nivel no son imputables a un solo factor, de ahí que sea igualmente entendible que sus soluciones pasen por la identificación y la transversalidad de las mismas. Por esta razón se considera importante conocer de la mano de profesionales de reconocido prestigio en muchas de las áreas de conocimiento, cuáles son los puntos críticos del sector, así como las vulnerabilidades en este sistema. A través de un análisis Delphi en el que se han estudiado las respuestas de dos paneles de 55 expertos por medio de dos cuestionarios multidisciplinares con preguntas a desarrollar y grado de afinidad (test) ante las proposiciones planteadas, se han extraído un conjunto de conclusiones que permiten conocer con más precisión el funcionamiento de la producción textil, para que los gobiernos y las empresas puedan reflexionar con el objetivo de realizar futuras actuaciones que permitan mejorar o eliminar las irregularidades del proceso.

The main purpose of this article is to analyze the factors and constraints that promote and impact the international textile production in a framework characterized by unethical and regulatory asymmetries. The generated asymmetries and relationships between different links of the system in the chain of value are assumed to be necessary to manufacture textiles at this level and they are not just attributable to a single factor. Hence, it is also understandable that potential solutions pass through the identification and the analysis of them. For this reason, it is considered important to know directly by renowned professionals in many areas of knowledge; what the critical points of the sector and the vulnerabilities in this system are. Through a Delphi analysis in which the responses have been studied by means of two panels composed by 55 experts with two multidisciplinary questionnaires with open questions (to develop) and the degree of affinity (test) to the proposals made. A set of conclusions that provide insight to how the textile industry is working in a more accurate way have been extracted. This analysis may be useful for governments and businesses, in order to carry out future actions to improve or remove the irregularities of the process.
