The Gagauzs: Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow

Abstract: Gagauz society in the Republic of Moldova on the south side, called a parish on land, they live in the Gagauz Yeri Autonomous Region. Gagauz they constitute 4% of Moldova's population. Number of around 170 000 people in the language that is very close to Anatolian Turkish. Gagauz are connected to the Eastern Orthodox Church. The exact number of the Gagauz are wider than 300 000 civar?ndad?r.yay?l on geography. Northeast Bulgaria (30 000), the Romaniya (1500), Ukraine (35000), Greece (30000), Kazakhstan (1000), Russia (15000), in Turkey (15000) , Gagauz live in America and Brazil.
