Abstract:
This study examine the impact of the dimensions of empowerment climate conceptualized as autonomy through boundaries, team responsibility and information sharing on employees’ perceptions of corporate reputation. The total of 200 data obtained from first line, middle and senior managers of 50 medium and large-scale manufacturing enterprises operating in East Marmara region was evaluated through factor, reliability, correlation and regression analysis. The results of the research indicated that the dimensions of empowerment climate as team responsibility and information sharing have a significant positive impact on employees’ perceptions of corporate reputation but autonomy through boundaries have no significant effect on employees’ perceptions of corporate reputation.
