Abstract:
University degree or master's degree be encouraged entrepreneurship of individuals who received is important for the country. These people acquire the development and competitiveness of the country and can provide a positive contribution to employment in skilled ministry. For this reason, science is one of the most important programs that support entrepreneurs in this study, Ministry of Science, Industrial and Technology Capital Support given by the program were investigated. State assessments on serious source of support they receive from the budget of the program will enable entrepreneurs from in the future quoted as better in the future of the program. In this study, to determine the contribution of the grant program for entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs are forced to reveal the subjects was evaluated. Therefore, in-depth interview techniques using the Ministry's annual report with the seven founders of the Ankara-based enterprise data were collected through interviews face to face. but it is a significant contribution to capital supply of operating results in the grant program, management, finance, marketing, networking is limited contribution was found to be inadequate for entrepreneurs in some areas because it is not based project support.
