The Effect on Leader-Member Exchange And Their Psychological Contract Violation: An Application

Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the public employees working in Eskiþehir the effect on leader-member exchange and their psychological contract violation. In this study, 159 public employees working in Eskisehir survey will be conducted. In this study, survey questions emanated psychological contract violation scale made by Robinson and Rousseau (1994), and leader-member exchange scale (LMX-MDM) constructed Liden and Maslyn (1998) as Turkish version Gürboyoðlu (2009). As a result, psychological contract violation is effected leader-member exchange negatively. This is one of the first studies to include as a nuncupative contract psychological contract violation effect to leader-member exchange.
