Investigation of Conflict and Burnout Resources in Terms of Public Institutions

Abstract:
There are many factors that source of the emergence of conflict and burnout. In this study, both the sources of conflict and burnout analyzed in the organization factors, such as the personal, colleagues and managers. These factors may affect burnout and conflict. Determining the sources of burnout and sources of conflict has also tried to determine the source of a common factor in both. The research was conducted with focus group interviews in a public institution. Collected data was analyzed with descriptive analysis. Results of the research that burnout and conflict reasons as follows; lack of job descriptions, for many years doing all the same work, heavy workload and unjustice distributions of work, weak communication between the managers and employees, the mutual support of colleagues and the lack of the spirit of unity, lack of a organization system to reward of high performance, imbalance wage and lack of education facilities.
