Eurasian Business & Economics Journal, 2018, vol. 14, issue 14, 24-40

Abstract: While the world of economics is carried from classical economics to neoclassical economics and neo-liberal economics, the world economy has moved from the crawling period to the mastering period at the fabricated-serial production process. In today's world, there is the consumer group who has reached a certain degree of saturation in the face of sophisticated production. Moreover, in this process, while it is important for consumers to direct their incomes at the point of maximizing consumption to choose consumer goods, at the point of maximizing profit for producers, there is necessity of increasing the density of technology in products and production processes. In such a process, how the position of the workforce develops and employment is an important issue in the world economy. In this context, we focused on the unemployment and labor conditions by trying to examine both of them under the changing world economy conditions.
