CREATING JOBS OF A NEW TYPE IN MODERN TIMES

Abstract: In the article author points to the main purposes and problems, standing before the state in conditions of shaping new economic relations. He has done the attempt to reveal the essence of innovative employment formed under the conditions of innovative economy and based on new achievements in the sphere of sciences and technology. The author tries to prove insolvency of economic development on rich natural resources, exporting raw materials to foreign countries and offers another way of the development, which must rely on new qualitative level of the knowledges of human potential.
