Abstract: The rationality of marginalized behavior, which is shaped in the context of mainstream economics today, requires individuals to make a number of financial decisions within the framework of maximizing utility.The ability of people to make more effective decisions in the sense of turning to the right financial instruments reveals the importance of financial information in both micro and macro sense. In this study, to measure the financial information, a questionnaire was applied to small businesses operating in the province of A?r?. A sample of 66 people was used in the study. At the end of the study, it was concluded that the participants have the basic level of financial literacy.
