Eurasian Business & Economics Journal, 2018, vol. 16, issue 16, 18-49

Abstract: Currently, there are no standart type contracts for the international sale of goods. In this regard, business people would be obliged, usually, to accept the contracts that have been written down by foreign buyers or sellers or agents. However, these contracts frequently carry conditons, that are not familiar to business people. Moreover, in case of a dispute, business people could face various legal sanctions due to these carelessly and imprudently negotiated contracts. In this work, we will mention main problems, that might be encountered during the negotiations of contracts for the international sale of goods and point at the issues to be elaborated in preparing these kinds of contracts.
