STATISTICAL METHODS IN COMPARISON OF FACTORS AFFECTING THE PERCEPTION OF TRUST IN SUPERVISOR: THE CASE OF HEALTH SECTOR

Abstract:
Employees accept the behaviours and attitudes of their supervisors as the representative of organization?s corporate structure and therefore they may generalize the trust in supervisors as trust in whole organization. As a result of this, employee decides either to trust or not trust to organization according to the relationship interaction with his/her supervisor. The aim of this research is to determine the perception level of trust to supervisor of hospital employees. The research has been made in Istanbul hospital such as Okmeydan? E?itim Ara?t?rma Hastanesi, ?i?li Etfal E?itim Ara?t?rma Hastanesi, Eyüpsultan Devlet Hastanesi, Ka??thane Devlet Hastanesi with 600 employees. Random sampling method has been used. It has been found that; level of employees? trust in supervisors differ significantly according to sexuality, working department, job type, working time, monthly revenue sufficiency variable and according to other vairables there has been no significant differentiation.
