Abstract:
Motivation is one of the factors that enable effective and efficient performance of talents and power. For this reason, the effect of motivation methods used by managers in increasing social efficiency and organizations is very important. The aim of the researcher is to determine the perceptions of managers about health workers. The study was carried out by applying questionnaires and scale to 229 participants, 46 of whom were managers and 183 of them were employed in 3 different health institutions. In order to determine numerical outcome of the effect of motivation techniques used by managers to increase productivity, a data analysis software which is called "SPSS 20" was utilized in this study. The aim of this study was to investigate the ideal productivity and motivation perceptions of health professionals and managers working in healthcare institutions. Data were collected from a total of 229 individuals, including the questionnaire, the manager of the organization (46 managers) and the employee (183 healthcare professionals).
