Abstract: Day by day, with the technology which has become more global and made distances shorter, it is getting easier to obtain what is desired. Attending an intercontinental meeting or travelling worldwide has become one of the most ordinary activities of this century. People are not satisfied with their cities, countries and even the whole world. The negative effects of COVID-19 crisis have been very intensive in aviation industry. The main objective of this study is to give information about the current situation of aviation industry highly affected negatively by the COVID -19 pandemic. How the CRM and human factor which have gained more and more importance recently were affected and the situation o airlines which have become the major source of income for many countries was analyzed with a survey and the results were examined. In addition, the studies of IATA and EUROCONTROL on this subject have been mentioned in this study.
