Abstract: The project facilities in the villages of Aşağıihsangazili and Tatlıcak where the consolidation project was carried out in the form of land arrangement were not fully used. In the framework this study, the objectives of land consolidation and the differences between the benefits and application were taken into consideration. The reasons for the difference are; there is little interest in the land consolidation project, only land arrangement-oriented studies, compulsory consolidation and the lack of resistance of the infrastructures and thus the unsustainability of the factors that provide economic profit and the welfare level increase remains at a minimum level. As a result of the research it has been found that land consolidation has gained value with the participation of farmers at every stage, land consolidation projects and their aims are provided at the regional level and due to the fact that the activities of the village centre are not being carried out, these latter remain uncompleted and lack of return.
