Abstract:
In order for organizational learning to be adopted by institutions and for these institutions to be considered as learning institutions, information must be processed correctly. Healthcare organizations are one of the areas where information is processed and managed the most. Organizations should be open to learning in order to process and use the right information in the best way. For this reason, it is an important point for the development and growth of the institution that the personnel in the enterprises are selected by people who are far from traditional, dynamic and open to learning. This choice will affect the performance increase of the personnel and contribute positively to the growth of the institution. The analysis of the data obtained from the scale used in the study was made using the IBM SPSS 26.0 package program. In the first stage, percentage and frequency distribution data on demographic and general information, which constitute the first part of the survey, will be presented. In addition, the percentage and frequency distributions of the answers to the scales and the mean response and standard deviation values will be given. The determination of the methods to be used in the analyzes depends on whether the data distributions are normal or not. For this reason, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Shapiro-Wilk normality tests were performed on the scale dimensions. Since the distributions of the data do not correspond to the normal distribution, the Mann-Whitney-U test was applied for each binary group and the Kruskal Wallis tests were applied for all three and above groups in the group differences test. Relationships were determined in the December of dimensions by correlation analysis.
