It is also aimed that to determine the effects of the consuming habits (brand choice, packed or open provided foods, the storing conditions of the animal based products from purchasing to consuming period, the preferation variables of the consumers aacording to their life styles, etc.) to the microbiological quality of animal based foods and to expose the correlations among the public health, consuming habits and product hygiene variables by using statistical models. For this purpose, 1600 house were visited and total of 73 question (divided to 6 main categories) were asked to the household. Besides, one related food sample was collected from each house and all the samples were analysed for 10 microbiological parameters.
