Abstract: The concept of leadership is a concept that is constantly renewed through historical processes, and is in a state of constant change depending on the spirit of the time. Firstly, the concept of leadership has been dealt with conceptually, and has then been explained as a concept. In this article the body of work on leadership ,especially from the last century, has been reviewed and leadership approaches have been outlined. Upon the analysis of the leadership approaches, leadership types have been examined and then explained in detail.
