Abstract: As students who have recently embarked on their higher education journey transition away from their familiar family environments, it becomes evident that they encounter new dietary conditions and habits when entering a dynamic urban setting. This study aims to identify the dietary habits that develop in this new environment, shedding light on the fact that some habits formed within the family context persist in this novel setting. The dietary habits of Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University students were investigated through a questionnaire, and the results were analyzed using the SPSS software. Through surveys, interviews, we seek to gain insights into the eating behaviors and preferences of the student population, as well as any factors that may influence their food choices. Based on the findings, issues were discussed, and recommendations were formulated. It's important to note that this study was confined to students at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University.
