Abstract: Management of organizations has evolved through great revolutionary way since they emerged in Azerbaijan. Management of organizations makes uninterrupted development necessary, being bound by the change of complex economic system. Management has obtained an undulating shape in the breakthrough stage, leaving its monotone frame. The researched sphere emphasized the distinctive features of the past and present thinking in management of economic subjects on the example of Azerbaijani organizations. The key goal of the research is to reveal the contemporary management thinking. The scientific ground of the research refers to theoretical educative literature and practical informational currents. The scientific innovation of the research is a kind of consistent patterns transformation of national consciousness, using international experience in the management abilities of the individual in the image of Azerbaijani organizations. It included a system approach, reflecting a new management paradigm. As a conclusion of the study one can make a conclusion that it is necessary to cherish human values and to prevent the negative impact of external forces on dominancy of national mentality and the intellectual level of the management of the gene pool.
