Abstract: In the study, it is analyzed the gender inequality for labor force rate with the advanced level of education in OECD countries for the year 2015. The gender gap is a global problem for the humanity both individual and global level. Empirical results from the study show that t-test for the gender gap rejects the null hypothesis at the significance level of 0.05. It is concluded that there is gender gap for the labor force with the advanced level of education in OECD countries for the year 2015. For this reason, it is very important to design and implement social and economic policies to eliminate the gender gap.
