Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is to statistically analyze whether the earnings of teachers in public institutions in the OECD countries differ from the school level by averages. In the study, an ANOVA test was conducted to examine whether the annual earnings of teachers in public institutions in OECD countries differ from school level. According to ANOVA test results, the profits of teachers working in public institutions in OECD countries have not reached a meaningful difference compared to the school level.
