Abstract:
This study was carried out under the Presidency of Darulaceze in order to evaluate the effect of healthcare workers work engagement on their job (work) performance. The aim of the research is to assist organizations in their practices to increase job performances within the scope of human resources management and to provide foresight for those who will work in this field. In study simple random sampling is used, the research data obtained by applying demographic questionnaire, work engagement and job performance scale to 142 healthcare workers. For the statistical analysis SPSS (Statistical package for Social Science) for windows 16.0 is used. Pearson Correlation Analysis is used to examine the relation between quantitative data and the effect ratios of variables determined by Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results evaluated 95% confidence interval and the significance level of p<0.05. Based on the findings, its observed that, There is a moderate and positive relation between the work engagement and the sub-dimension of task, contextual and job performance.
