Abstract: Hospitals are institutions that play a key role in the delivery of health services within health systems. Failure to provide information sharing between departments in hospitals results in both not meeting the needs of patients and inconsistent work behaviors and organizational blindness among employees. This has a negative impact on patient and employee satisfaction. This study was conducted on 489 healthcare professionals working in different positions of the chain hospital. In the Study The study aims to examine information sharing, leader member interaction and organizational blindness in terms of demographic characteristics in healthcare professionals. While the general dimension and sub-dimensions of organizational knowledge sharing, the general dimension and sub-dimensions of organizational blindness, and the general dimension and sub-dimensions of leader-member interaction do not show a significant difference between gender groups, they show significant differences in terms of age, marital status and educational status.
