Abstract:
This study has been conducted to analyze the online education undergraduate and postgraduate students were forced to participate during the Covid-19 pandemic which dominated the whole world and to reveal the service quality of higher education institutions during this period, the students' level of readiness to online learning and the relations among these factors. A total of 343 students participated in this research and the relations were discussed based on the structural equation modeling (SEM). One of the most striking results of the research is the conclusion that distant learning remains insufficient in terms of students' learning performance, motivation to learn, facilitating learning process and making learning permanent. In addition, the quality of service of higher education institutions (in administrative and academic terms) serves as a meditating role of in terms of the students' readiness to learn online in distant learning contexts.
