Abstract:
This study was conducted to measure the effect of organizational culture on organizational commitment and employee performance in health institutions on all personnel actively working in Bitlis State Hospital and Tatvan 400-Bed State Hospital. The universe of this research, which is based on explaining the relationship between the concepts, consists of all employees of the Bitlis State Hospital located in the city center of Bitlis and all the employees of the 400-bed Tatvan State Hospital. The sample of the study consists of a total of 1079 personnel (including clinical personnel, administrative personnel, permanent workers, technical personnel, security and cleaning personnel, etc.) working in these two public hospitals. Statistical analyzes of the data collected by face-to-face survey method were evaluated using IBM SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 23.0 package program. As a result of the research, organizational culture affects organizational commitment and employee performance, organizational culture is more effective on organizational commitment than performance.
