Abstract:
One of the most striking problems of the 21st century is climate change. Climate change directly affects the natural and social environment. At the stage where attention is needed, climate change seriously threatens the cultural/architectural heritage. Therefore, it is imperative to identify potential threats to climate change and implement conservation methods for the protection of cultural heritage. In other words, it is extremely important not to lose cultural heritage as a result of climate change, potential threats and raising awareness by making conservation methods. For this reason, it is important to take measures on climate change and to work on the protection of cultural heritage. The reason for choosing Easter Island in this study is that there is no study on this subject in the national literature. In addition, Easter Island has been discussed because its natural beauties are endangered by climate changes.
