Abstract:
Children with specific signs of learning disabilities have difficulty learning skills. Additionally, in many cases, children are perceived and labeled as unsuccessful by their parents, teachers, and classmates. For this reason, our study is important in terms of determining all stages of examining the pre-diagnosis clues regarding the specific learning disability of the family, and the difficulties encountered during and after the diagnosis. Due to the insufficient special education support services for families and children, there is a need to increase these support services for families and children. The individual's unawareness of specific learning disability problems and not including him/her in appropriate treatment and education programs may lead to isolation from society. Therefore, parents and teachers should pay more attention to this issue.
