Abstract: Life satisfaction and job satisfaction are concepts that have certain points in common, and these two concepts have the power to influence each other. It is also revealed by the studies that the two concepts in question can be shaping on each other. In addition, it is seen that various demographic characteristics affect people's life satisfaction and job satisfaction. In this study, the relationship between life satisfaction and job satisfaction was tried to be examined through shopping mall employees. In order to reveal this relationship, scales were used to determine the life satisfaction and job satisfaction levels of shopping mall employees. After that, the obtained results were analyzed with the SPSS program. As a result of the studies, it was seen that there is a significant and moderate relationship between life satisfaction and job satisfaction. In addition, it was observed that gender did not make a difference in terms of job satisfaction levels and life satisfaction levels of the personnel working in the shopping mall.
