Abstract: Stress is becoming one of the most important problems of the modern age in terms of individual, organizational and institutional aspects, which makes it difficult for people to adapt to environmental conditions, negatively affects their social relations, and reduces their performance in working life. One of the areas of social relations where stress is experienced most intensely is the field of education and training, and schools, which are the main institutions of this field. Considering the massiveness and effectiveness of educational activities, it is a necessity to combat the stress experienced in this field and to identify the stress sources of teachers, which is one of the main components of this field. In this study, which was carried out for this purpose, the perception of organizational stress sources by teachers working in secondary education institutions with hostels, the effects of these resources on teachers and the differentiation of teachers according to these sources were examined. Among the universe of the research, 15 schools were selected considering the purpose of the research, limitations and opportunities, and 258 teachers working in these schools were selected as the sample group of the research. The data collection tool used in the study was developed by Aslan (1995) and updated by Merkan (2011). The "Teachers' Organizational Stress Sources Questionnaire" used in the research consists of 13 dimensions. As a result of the research, it was determined that the attitudes and behaviors of the managers, human relations and the way of supervision constituted the lowest organizational stress source among 13 dimensions.
