HOW CAN ANECDOTES BE CLASSIFIED IN THE FORM OF FOLKTALES?

Abstract: In this subject that researchers are concerned on the matters which the types of folktales are identified. With the influence of context centered theories while a type is identified function, formation, structure, content with implements features of language and discourse are emphasized on the studies which were done before. But in many studies which form this study and type of anecdotes and folktales are identified by taking into no consideration these features and the anecdote is evalveted with the subtype of folk tale which is suitable for EberhardBoratav and Aarne-Thompson’s classificiatons. Can the anecdotes be evalvated in context of folktale based on structure in the point of volume and features of language and discourse are going to be tried to have ansver in this study. In this study with the result of showing difference of two types obuiously, these formal expressions have been examined as a seperate title.
