Abstract: Educational institutions are important for learning and education since they provide opportunities people to improve themselves. People are trained so that they integrate to the society with the help of these institutions. Especially universities play a vital role for the individual to learn a profession and acquire social status in the society. The target of this study is to analyze levels of organizational justice, organizational citizenship and organizational trust using demographic variables. There are 433 lecturers altogether at the campus of Selçuk University. To reach our target, data have collected randomly from 107 lecturers of Selçuk University. Statistical methods such as t-test, variance (ANOVA) analysis and Tukey-HSD are applied to the data collected. Statistical analysis has been made using IBM SPSS Statics 17.0 program. Various scales have been applied including ?organizational justice scale? (Donovan et al 1998), ?organizational citizenship behavior scale? (DiPaola et al 2005) and ?organizational trust scale? (Y?lmaz 2005). The research has shown that the perception of justice and trust differ by gender variable. On the other hand, no difference has been found concerning their perception on these three scales. Last but not least age difference plays a role regarding organizational citizenship perception of the lecturers whereas other variables do not differ according to our findings.
