The Effect of Mobbing to Organizational Justice Perception

Abstract:
In this paper, the effect of mobbing levels to organizational justice perception on service sector employees was researched and tried to determine change on organizational justice perception when employees situation ?exposure to mobbing? changed . The basic question of research which applied to health workers in Kocaeli is that, Does exposure to mobbing reason change on organizational justice perception? The effect of mobbing is taken in terms of organizational justice perception in this study. Sample of research consists of 190 health care employees. According to research findings, negative effect of blocking worker?s possibilities to communicate adequately and attack to occupational situation which are sub-dimensions of mobbing was found on interactional justice perception. Positive effect of attacking worker to maintain personal reputation was found on procedural justice perception and negative effect of blocking worker?s possibilities to communicate adequately and attack to occupational situation which are sub-dimensions of mobbing was found on procedural justice perception. Negative effect of blocking worker?s possibilities to communicate adequately was found on distributive justice. Some suggestions have been submitted to managers and practitioners at the end of research.
