Abstract: Estudia la necesidad de precisar la revisión y coordinación de las condicionalidades que imponen el FMI y el Banco Mundial, dado que ellos están llamados a cumplir un importante papel en la adopción de la estrategia de ajuste con crecimiento que se requiere para compatibilizar el problema de la deuda externa con el desarrollo económico de los países latinoamericanos.
