Abstract: Resena el largo camino recorrido en la formacion del OLAMI y sugiere algunas ideas sobre la forma en que este podria organizar su accion referida a la transferencia tecnologica, que incluye tareas orientadas a identificar oportunidades en ese campo, buscar interesados en ellas, entregar conocimientos y contactos a tales interesados y facilitar el financiamiento de la inversion.
