Abstract: The Stipa breviflora desert steppe ecosystem is fragile and sensitive to climate change and grazing disturbance. Previous studies have reported the effects of climate change and grazing on aboveground standing biomass of the plant community and sheep live weight, however, the interaction between climate change and grazing remains unclear. Process models have become ideal tools for the evaluation of the effects of grazing management practices under climate change.
