Research note: Endogeneity of satisfaction as a predictor for spending

Abstract: •The effect of visitor satisfaction on visitor expenditure is underresearched.•In this case study it is found that visitor satisfaction significantly influences visitor expenditure.•This study, however, indicates that visitor satisfaction as a predictor for visitor expenditure can be endogenous.
