Abstract: Adolescents in residential youth care (RYC) often present with complex mental health needs, including trauma symptoms, emotion dysregulation, and self-harm. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has shown promise in addressing these challenges, yet evidence for its implementation in RYC remains limited.
