Pre-leadership processes in leadership training for adolescents

Abstract: The aim of this research project was to explore the experience of adolescents who participated in a six-month community-based program in relation to the development of leadership skills. The program has 150 participants annually and is aimed at suburban and rural youth who apply to and are selected based on their interest in community leadership.
